Customers Please Note:
1. We level the building not the ground.
2. Customer provides concrete blocks to level building.
3. We will not use any other items supplied by customer other than concrete blocks.
4. Customer is responsible to provide clear access to portable building site, by trimming low hanging limbs and removal of any obstructions such as fences, trees, shrubs, vehicles, etc. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.
5. USA Portable Buildings or the Transport Company shall in no way be responsible for damage occurring as a result of transport, setting up of portable building to, but not limited to, yard, shrubs, trees, septic tanks, and laterals, gas tanks, water lines, water meters, etc.
6. All permits, zoning codes, setbacks, and/or compliance with codes and zoning, subdivision rules and regulations, excavation, leveling beyond 16" are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend taking care of this prior to delivery.
7. All prices and content are subject to change without notice.
8. All stated sizes are nominal dimensions and are approximate.
9. Additional charges may incur if delivery and setup takes longer than 1 hour. Driver will advise you of charges and collect them from you, the customer, at the time of set-up.
10. Cancellation of order after 24 hours from order placement results in a restocking fee of 20% of sale.
11. Customer is prohibited from assisting in set up and delivery due to insurance regulations.
