At USA Portable we always put the customer first. What makes our customer service number one? We ensure each customer is completely satisfied with their building or other USA Portable product and our service so they can refer us to a friend or family member with confidence.
We also realize that not everyone has the ability to purchase a building out right. That's why we offer our Rent-to-Own program with no credit checks.
Our Customer Service Center
Through our centralized Customer Service Center in Shepherdsville KY, we keep in contact with our customers from the time they purchase a building until the day of delivery. We also follow-up each delivery with a "Happy Sheet", simular to a comment card. Our drivers are required to have the "Happy Sheet" filled out at the time of delivery to guarantee the customer is 100% satisfied before our driver leaves the property. Recognizing Excellence
We also encourage others to recognize excellence amongst our community. USA Portable Buildings was honored to contribute a 10'x14' gazebo to the Bullitt County Fiscal Court, honoring all women who have served in the Bullitt County Government System.
We have participated in fundraisers for the "Relay for Life Foundation", part of the American Cancer Society. We have contributed playhouses to the foundation to raise funds for the ACS in Shepherdsville.
