Standard bathroom $880
Includes toilet, sink, vanity, and 4' shower
Vanity can be upgraded from pine door to cedar door for $60
Shower can be upgraded to a bath/shower combo for $100

Interior Walls~
Interior walls are 3/4" white pine paneling, double sided.
Interior rooms are priced $9.00 per square foot of coverage
Standard side walls are approximately 10' if they go to the ceiling. If your interior walls stop at the side wall or are located beneath a loft they are 7'5"

Interior doors - $150 ea.
Example:
You have 1 bedroom with a 14' interior wall and 1 corner bathroom with a 6' wall and a 8' wall (The walls go to the ceiling).
Add your 3 walls - 14' + 6' + 8' = 28' x 10' (Wall height) = 280 x $9 (Your sq. ft. cost) = $2520 + 2 doors ($150 x 2) = $2820
***Don't forget to figure in closets
Kitchen~
The kitchen includes a sink and upper and lower cabinets. You have your choice of color for the counter tops and can upgrade from white pine cabinets to cedar.
White Pine cabinets $159 per linear foot
Cedar cabinets $169 per linear foot
(Ex: 10' Kitchen = $1,590)

Lofts~
Lofts can be any size and be placed on either side of the cabin, in the middle, or full.
Lofts include railing, loft window, and ladder.
They have approximately 31/2' of space, but you can height by adding logs, please see below...
Loft - $8.00 per sq. ft.
Stairs - $300
Example:
You have a 14' wide cabin, you want an 8' loft - 14' x 8' = 112' x $8.00 = $896

Additional Logs~
Logs are 5" giving you an additional 10" per 2 logs.
2 Logs higher - $6 per linear foot

18x30 cabin
18+18+30+30= 96
96 x $6=$672

Dormers~
Dormers are functional and include an insulated window.

We proudly use Rogers insulated windows (Model # 9001) in these standard sizes:
Small 24" x 38" - $125 (Primarily used as a kitchen or bathroom window)
Medium 32" x 38" - $150
Large 36" x 38" - $175
Cabins under 1000 sq. ft. include 2 medium windows
Cabins 1000 sq. ft. and larger include 8 medium windows
We have 2 door styles available: White pine or Steel
Both include a window and are key locked
1 door comes standard with cabin purchase
Additional entry doors - $200 ea.

Electric is not available in every state - For those that aren't we recommend hiring a local electrician and having him or her meet with our crew during construction.
Electrical includes wiring, outlets, switches, smoke alarms, breaker box, appliance hook up's, etc.

Insulation~
Insulation pricing includes the insulation and 3/4" double wall paneling.
The new P200 insulation system is the latest in insulation technology. It is a thin sheet product with a special foam core and reflective laminates on both sides.

Installing Insulation
Metal Roof
Roof~ R11 Insulated Metal Roof is standard - With several colors available. Shingles are also available at an additional cost.
Foundation~
Foundations are not available in every state.
Concrete block foundation - Includes concrete footers, excavation and crawl space
Upgrade to split face or decorative blocks for an upscale look
Kits do not include foundations
Treated pole foundation - Treated piers set in concrete, not recommended for larger cabins

For smaller and utility cabins we can place it on level ground, use concrete blocks for leveling, or customer can have a level gravel foundation ready. If your wanting to lay the foundation yourself we can supply materials and/or a detailed layout of the foundation with dimensions.
